It’s been SO FUN reading all your entries over the last week and getting a small glimpse into the wonderful weddings that are being planned throughout the state. Your comments were candid, heartfelt and so real. I have to say, I’m more than a little jealous that I’m not attending some of these fabulous affairs!
If was, of course, very difficult to choose a winner but choose we must. So without further ado, the lucky White Thread reader receiving a full wedding photography package from DeShelia Spann is Emily Larson!!

My fiance, Philippe, and I will be getting married in Wilmington on October 30, 2010. The ceremony will be at Saint Andrew’s Covenant and the reception will be at The Dudley Mansion. I don’t know that we “deserve” a free wedding photography package any more than other couples, but we would certainly be very grateful! I’m a graphic designer and have been looking through design, photography, and wedding blogs just about every day since we started planning. I pretended it was “research” for my wedding invitation business before we got engaged, but I was really daydreaming about our wedding. I’ve seen so many gorgeous shots from so many different weddings, so to be able to have someone capture those moments at our wedding would truly be a dream come true.
*In case not being true Southerners drops us out of the running, I was born in Virginia and graduated from Troy University in Alabama so I do have ties!
The asterisk qualifier made me giggle! Congratulations Emily on both your upcoming wedding AND checking photography off your to-do list! We can’t wait to see the whole affair here on White Thread later in the year.
